Shipping & Return

c. Variations in condition are clearly noted; sales are made on this basis.

d. No two items are identical (one-of-a-kind nature), unless listed otherwise.

e. Each item is authenticated by an in-house expert with 15+ years of experience.

f. Lulë guarantees authenticity or offers a full refund.

g. Prices are listed in IDR (and possibly other currencies).

h. Payment methods accepted (bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, PayPal).

  1. Customers are responsible for any transaction and tax fees.

j. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

k. Adding to the cart or contacting our sales team does not reserve an item until payment is confirmed. Reserved products are available for the first 24 hours. Afterwards, the products will be listed back onto the site for the public.

l. Products purchased will be processed within 48 hours after payment.

m. As we are a reseller, some of the products might vary in terms of the availability. In some cases, the products are not available post-48 48-hours of checkout, and refunds will be issued post-48 hours.

n. International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. If import duties are not paid, the order will be returned to us. Any unpaid taxes, return shipping fees, or administration fees will be charged to our account and be billed back to the customer or deducted from store credit. Refunds for these fees will only be processed if the courier services reimburse Lulë, which is not guaranteed.

o. If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to Lulë, we will attempt to contact the customer twice. If there is no response, a refund of 80% of the order value will be issued. Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping fees again if they wish to have the order resent.

p. Cash on delivery is available for Jakarta-based orders. Please contact us to proceed your order in this form.

Orders & Availability

  • Products reserved through direct communication are held for 24 hours, then relisted if unpaid.

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment.

  • As a reseller, product availability may vary. Some items may become unavailable within 48 hours of checkout, in which case refunds will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

  • If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to LULË, we will attempt to contact the customer twice. If no response, 80% of the order value will be refunded. Customers must cover shipping fees again if they want the order resent.

  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders shipped to Jakarta (contact LULË first to confirm).

Refunds & Returns

No refunds will be issued if the item is damaged by the customer after delivery.
